The Phoenix IDA's focus is to provide bond financing for community and economic development projects. Since January 2009, the Phoenix IDA has issued more than $1.7 billion in bonds for various projects. Our goals include: increasing job opportunities within the community, supporting education and health care, and providing housing for underserved communities, all of which benefit the residents of the city of Phoenix and the state of Arizona.
