Get vaccinated! The Baby Shots program, through the Phoenix Fire Department, will be offering ALL childhood vaccines (birth to age 19) as well as many adult vaccines free of cost.*

Get checked! Health screening for adults including, Hypertension, Diabetes/A1C, Fracture Risk screenings, Cholesterol, HIV and STI/STD testing (plus connections to care, and PrEP/PEP Navigation services) and Hepatitis C rapid testing. 

Get information! Learn about a variety of programs within the Office of Health and Equity. Get enrollment assistance for AHCCCS, SNAP, KidsCare, TANF, and Marketplace. Learn about the WIC program which includes resource referrals, healthy food packages, breastfeeding support, and more. Nurse-Family Partnership will provide information about their visitation programs for first-time mothers. “Healthy Lifestyles and Social Determinants of Health” presentations at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Connect to community resources ranging from health and wellness to workforce assistance, family recourse centers and resources for seniors.
