Location: Phoenix, AZ | Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Pay: $28–$35 per hour (approx. $58k–$72k/yr) DOE.

Schedule: Day/Evening groups; some weekends.

Summary: Provide structured group treatment under Clinical Director supervision; document treatment plans, progress notes, and reporting.

Responsibilities: • Facilitate treatment groups • Create/update treatment plans • Document progress notes • Coordinate court/probation reporting

Qualifications: • AZ license/certification: LISAC, LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, CADC (or equivalent) • Group counseling experience • Strong recordkeeping

Compliance: Treatment operates only under Clinical Director oversight.
