The Spotlight Bar Associate has the responsibility of selling and serving our guests food and beverage (including alcohol) during performances and other activities at the Herberger Theater Center. Works with the Director of Production Services and Facilities, Guest Service Managers, and Production Supervisors and reports to the Director of Guest Experience while upholding Herberger Theater Center SHOWTIME standards.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience making and serving wine, cocktails and beer.
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Must be able to work under pressure and with varied schedule.
• Computer literacy is required.

Specific Responsibilities

• Possess or ability to obtain current Arizona Title 4 & Food Handlers Certifications.
• Possess knowledge of various cocktails, wines and beers
• Responsibly handle cash and follow all company financial policies
• Utilize Square Point of Sale System
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Willingness to work with and around cleaning chemicals
• Bi-lingual (Preferred)
