Enjoy a morning of learning while connecting over coffee with fellow Valley professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. Attendees will also be entered for a chance to win exciting raffle prizes.

In this session, you’ll learn how to use AI tools to increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and drive stronger results in your organization. You’ll explore today’s AI tool landscape and understand the differences between general purpose, purpose-built, custom, and emerging agentic tools. Through practical examples, you’ll see how AI can support writing, research, content creation, training, analysis, automation, and planning. You’ll also learn how to strengthen your prompts to get more accurate and useful results. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to spot high impact opportunities for AI and create a clear action plan to begin integrating it into your work

In this session, participants will:

● Learn how to evaluate major AI tools and choose the most effective option for a given task. 

● Identify high-impact tasks that are well-suited for AI. 

● Apply structured prompting techniques to improve the quality, clarity, and accuracy of AI outputs. 

● Develop a practical AI action plan to begin integrating AI into your workflows.

Event will be held on the 2nd floor. 


Please build in 10 minutes to find parking. For events longer than 2 hours and that end prior to 3PM Monday-Friday, we recommend parking in the Centennial Garage, Mesa Convention Center Lot, and Mesa Arts Center Lot. Please be mindful not to park in any spots which require permits 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. There is FREE 2-3 Hour street parking with limited availability.
