To become a successful salesperson, it is crucial to understand your unique strengths and abilities. Selling is a constant aspect of your daily interactions, regardless of the specific products or services involved. While sales skills remain consistent across different offerings, it is essential to cultivate your own personal style. While certain fundamental principles apply to all sales, it is equally important to adapt your approach to align with your individual traits. Whether you are an extrovert or an introvert, embracing curiosity and asking relevant questions is crucial. Regardless of the product, prioritizing the customer's needs should always be the primary focus.

Allan Bio:

Since 2007, I worked with business owners in the US, Mexico, and Germany as a Business coach and an Outsourced Sales Manager. I have extensive sales and business management experience including the start-up of an international company which grew to $40M in only 9 years and a turnaround for an international company. From start up to multimillion dollar companies, I understand the problems and opportunities of growing private companies. As a coach and consultant, I have worked with technology companies (IT, E-Discovery, Automated Mining, Clinical Research Organizations, nutraceuticals) and manufacturing companies (Cutting tools, food manufacturing, supplements).


Join us for our Business Bootcamp! Following the presentation, we will have our Member Orientation. If you are a New Member, Current Member, or Future Member come to learn all about the chamber. This is a great one-stop-shop resource to also gain insight into all the different initiatives the chamber is a part of. We have staff present to answer your particular questions.
